Decco’s Non-Destructive Testing capabilities are second to none in the aluminum casting flaw detection industry.
Our fluorescent penetrant and radiographic on-site facility has merited NADCAP’s top auditing position with a two year re-audit cycle. Decco has been performing accredited FPI since its inception and has been radiographically inspecting castings for more than 25 years. The penetrant line and two x-ray tube heads are in constant usage by trained level II inspectors with an average of 12 or more experience years. Flaw detection resulting in better than grade requirements is our number one goal.
In addition to NADCAP accreditation, we are approved by the major primes for whom we inspect. We commonly certify to Boeing, Lockheed, Parker and Eaton Aerospace specifications amongst many others.
