Decco produces a wide variety of high quality aluminum castings. Aerospace is a major part of our business, so we meet aerospace quality standards. We also customize our Quality standards for military, medical industry and commercial industry customers.
Certified inspection and test capabilities ensure all casting quality requirements are met. Decco has a combination of approvals including Boeing Aerospace, Lockheed Martin, NADCAP that cover X-ray inspection, Fluorescent Penetrant inspection, Chemical analysis, Mechanical testing, Weld inspection, Dimensional inspection, and Quality Management System. In addition to high quality castings, Decco provides targeted castings, machined and finished castings, and assemblies. These additional processes simplify procurement, and ensure compatibility between castings, and machining or other later processes. The same high standards for quality apply to targeted, machined or finished castings, to ensure the finished part meets all customer quality requirements.
NADCAP – Decco has achieved the highest merit level provided by the NADCAP program. Our X-ray and Penetrant Inspection programs are NADCAP certified. In addition, our Chemical Analysis, Mechanical Testing, and Welding programs are NADCAP compliant.
AS 9100 and ISO 9001 – The Decco Castings Quality Management System is certified by NSF-ISR, Ltd. Decco has been certified to AS 9100 since 2007. We are very familiar with the high level of customer satisfaction that must be achieved for continually meeting aerospace quality standards.
